- International shipping is handled by Air INTERNATIONAL EMS Express Company, within 1 week time to delivery usually.

Return policy
If you plan to return or exchange an item, please look over this checklist to make sure we continue to give you the best possible service. Complete the return form you received with your item. Include it with your returning merchandise. It is very important that you include your order number and contact information. Please be as clear as possible regarding your return instructions. Please gather the item(s) you wish to return, including all tags and, if possible, the original shipping box. For your convenience, we've included a return label with your merchandise. If you choose to use it, simply cover the original label with the return label and place the package in any USPS mailbox, including your own.

If you prefer not to use the provided label, please send your package prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. We suggest that you use UPS or USPS Priority Mail for your return and have the package insured and traceable. Keeps the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our shipping facility.
Please contact us within 24 hours after delivered.
Your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt when we get your packages here.
Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
Most approved orders leave our warehouse within one business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose, but our standard is 7-days, meaning you will receive your package within 1 week usually. For example, if you order on Saturday, your package will leave our warehouse Monday, and you will receive it by Saturday Usually. Orders containing special event merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping.
Restrictions do apply to our standard 7-day shipping. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our shipping option as these addresses do not have 7-day or expedited shipping available. Free shipping is on any size order.

Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is notified here and messaged in your account here, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to 5 business days.

Special Event Merchandise
Event merchandise is available only after a special event, such as a championship game or a rivalry game. When ordering event merchandise, please remember that this will delay shipment of your entire order. To ensure that you receive the rest of your order in a timely fashion, please order event merchandise separately. A message appears in red on the product detail page of each item explaining when that item will be shipped.
